If you are into trivia, this is a great site for facts about July 4, 1776 and 2011.

WHAT’S FOR DINNER

QUICK BURRITOS

1 lb ground beef
l/2 large onion - chopped
1 small can green chilies
Salsa from a jar - mild, medium or hot whichever you like
Shredded cheese - I use combo of Cheddar and Colby
Sour Cream
Burrito size tortillas

Brown the ground beef and onion, pour off any accumulated fat. Then add the green chilies, as much salsa as needed to make like thick mixture. Simmer together for a few minutes.
Heat burritos in wet paper towel in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
Fill burrito with the meat mixture, shredded cheese and the sour cream. Roll up and enjoy. They can be messy but are really good and fast to make.

Have a great week!
