I hope everyone is having a great Spring. I love this time of the year… the new green, blossoms everywhere, the warmer (but not yet HOT) weather, and more daylight.


This beauty burst open a couple of days ago. My Hubby produces wonderful flowers each year for me.

WHAT’S FOR DINNER
No Fuss Meat Loaf
Servings: 6

Ingredients:
2 egg
1/2 cup water
1 (6 oz.) package instant stuffing mix
2 pounds ground beef
Ketchup

Preparation:
In a large bowl, beat egg and water. Add stuffing mix and contents of seasoning packet; mix well. Add beef; mix well. Press into an ungreased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours or until no pink remains and a meat thermometer reads 160F.
